GDPR

PromptVault is operated from the UK and processes your data under the UK GDPR. The full detail — what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who processes it for us — lives in our Privacy Policy. This page is the practical part: exercising your rights, most of which are self-service and instant. For anything else (access questions, objections, corrections we don't expose in Settings), email support@promptvault.fun — we respond within one month as the law requires. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) at any time.

Downloading your data

You can download a complete copy of the data we hold about you at any time — a zip containing a machine-readable JSON file and CSV copies of your profile, songs, prompts, comments, likes, follows and account security log. Also available in Settings.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and everything you've created at any time. Deletion is immediate: your songs, prompts, comments, likes and uploads are removed and any active subscription is cancelled. Billing records are retained where the law requires, and security-log entries are kept in anonymised form (no longer linked to you) for account-security purposes.
